All our properties have check-in time at 15:00 and check-out time at 10:00 UK time.
All properties have key lock box outside the property. The code for the lock box will be provided with check-in instructions.
Yes, all our properties have super-fast fibre internet connection.
Our Nottingham house and luxury apartment in Cambridge comes with free parking. Our house in Cambridge and apartment in Ipswich has paid parking in the area and free outside parking limited.
You will get a confirmation email as soon as your booking is confirmed with us with initial information and instructions.
Yes absolutely, we will be glad to provide you with a quote for medium to long term stays.
We will always try and accommodate late check outs, but it is dependent on availability. Please contact our team if you would like a late check out and they will be able to look into this for you.
Yes absolutely. We primarily work with corporates and contractors and set up most of our properties for our guest to make them feel home away from from.
